Season chicken thighs with spices and then sear on both sides in olive oil for 2 minutes.

Cook down onion, garlic, mushrooms, and carrots in butter and olive oil.

STEP 2: COOK VEGGIES

Add white rice, frozen peas, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and spices and mix.

Mix rice and veggie medley together and add chicken thighs on top.
