Chicken thighs Chicken seasoning Butter & olive oil Diced carrot Diced onion Diced mushroom Peas Broth White rice Worcestershire sauce Onion & garlic powder

Season Chicken

First, season your chicken using our homemade chicken seasoning. Be sure to coat evenly.


Cook Chicken

Next, cook chicken in olive oil in an oven-friendly pot or dutch oven.


Sauté Veggies

Then, remove chicken and add in your butter, olive oil and diced onion, carrot and mushroom, sautéing until cooked through.


Add Ingredients

Next, add in your rice, broth, peas, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.



Then, add the chicken back to the oven-friendly pot. Lastly, bake at 375ºF for 35 minutes. or until rice is cooked to your liking. Serve and enjoy!
