Chicken Casserole

Place all ingredients in their raw form into your casserole dish and bake!

what you need:

Minute rice Chicken breast Shredded cheddar cheese Milk Broth Veggies

Add veggies

Add broccoli, carrots, peas, onion, and minute rice into a large casserole dish. Mix to combine.


Cheese Sauce

Heat broth and milk over medium heat. Once simmering, turn to low and add cheese and spices and mix until melted.


Combine & Bake

Pour sauce over veggies and then add diced chicken. Mix everything together again to combine. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.


Bake Again

Sprinkle on shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese and bake again for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese melts.


Let Rest

Let the casserole rest on the oven for around 15 minutes so that the rice can completely absorb the liquid. Serve and enjoy!
