Instant Pot Egg Bites
Easy Instant Pot Egg Bites made with spinach and cheese.
STEP 1: COOK VEGGIES
Use the Instant Pot's sauté feature to sauté onion, garlic, and spinach until the spinach has wilted.
STEP 2: FILL MOLD
Fill your egg bites mold with the cooked veggies and cheese. Then, add scrambled egg. Option to use small 4-oz. jars instead of a silicone mold.
STEP 3: PRESSURE COOK
Add water and the trivet to your Instant Pot. Then, place the silicone mold or jars on top. Pressure cook egg bites on high for 10 minutes.
STEP 4: SERVE
Quick release Instant Pot and then remove spinach and cheese egg bites from the mold. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Simply use small 4-oz. Mason jars instead. The egg bites will be a bit larger, but follow the same directions as the silicone mold.
