These shrimps are so easy to pan fry and bursting with flavor! Serve over coconut rice for a delicious dinner.

what you need:

shrimp olive oil granulated sugar garlic ground ginger kosher salt garlic chili sauce soy sauce

Season

First, drizzle shrimp with oil and sprinkle with sugar and fresh garlic. Toss all the ingredients together so the shrimp is coated.

Fry

Next, place the shrimp in a large cold skillet. Place the skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high heat. Cook the shrimp for 4 minutes.

Toast Spices

Next, remove the shrimp from the skillet & add the granulated garlic, ginger, and kosher salt to the same skillet. Toast the spices until fragrant.

Toss

Remove the skillet from the heat & place the shrimp back into the skillet. Toss the shrimp with the toasted spices. Add the chili sauce & soy sauce to the shrimp & toss.

Serve

Garnish the shrimp with sesame seeds, green onion, and cilantro. We prefer serving over coconut rice. Enjoy!
