what you need:

Your favorite noodles Gouda Cheese Cheddar Cheese Your milk of choice White whole wheat flour Butter Hot sauce Dried mustard

Roux

First, boil your noodles. Then, create your roux in a skillet by melting the butter and whisking in the flour and milk.

Next, whisk in your shredded cheddar and gouda cheese and add in the remainder of the seasonings.
