Oatmeal Bars

Almond flour Rolled oats Coconut oil Maple syrup Strawberries Lemon Tapioca starch

These oatmeal bars are naturally gluten free and made without white sugar. Here's what you need:

Make Crust

First, make the crust. Combine all of the crust ingredients in a large bowl.


Bake Crust

Transfer 2/3 of the oatmeal crust into a baking dish. Press down into the dish. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.


Make Filling

Make the strawberry filling in a large cast-iron pan by heating all of the ingredients over high heat. Then, let simmer for 20 minutes until thick.


Assemble & Bake

Transfer the strawberry topping on top of the crust. Then, sprinkle on crumble topping. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.


Let Cool & Eat

Let your strawberry oatmeal bars cool for at least 20 minutes before chilling in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Slice and enjoy with whipped cream!
