skinless chicken breasts
garlic & chili powder
dried thyme
red pepper flakes
salt & pepper

shredded cheddar cheese
Greek Yogurt
cream cheese
minced garlic
broccoli, diced into bite-size pieces
Season Chicken
First, slice the chicken breast in half. Then, season the chicken with the salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, dried thyme and chili and garlic powder.

Filling
Then, make the filling by mixing together the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, broccoli and minced garlic.

Stuff
Next, stuff the chicken breast with the filling and secure the chicken slices with a toothpick to hold the chicken together. Then, heat a large skillet with olive oil.

Sear
Next, sear the chicken in a skillet on both sides. Then, carefully place the cast iron skillet in the oven and bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve
Make sure the chicken is at least 165ºF before removing it from the oven. Then, serve! We like to enjoy with a side salad and a carb for a balanced meal.
