Shaken Espresso Overnight Oats

what you need:

brown sugar rolled oats chia seeds salt almond milk espresso concentrate or regular espresso

Combine

First, add your rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar and salt into a storage container and mix until combined.

Liquid

Then, add your espresso concentrate or strong coffee, and milk of choice to the dry ingredients.

Combine

Mix together the dry and wet ingredients and cover your container. Refrigerate overnight for the best results.

Serve

The next day, top your overnight oats with the toppings of your choosing. We topped with more brown sugar, mini chocolate chips and nut butter!
