This is a twist on classic Italian dish. We're using anchovies for extra flavor!

what you need:

boneless chicken thighs garlic powder Italian seasoning dried bucatini pasta Pancetta white onion peas garlic dry white wine anchovy paste eggs whole milk grated parmesan cheese

Season

First, season the chicken with the salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning.

Fry

Next, fry the pancetta in a pan. Then remove from pan and fry the onions, and garlic. Lastly, add the peas.

Combine

Mix together white wine and anchovy paste. Then, deglaze the pan and add your chicken. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.

Whisk

Next, add eggs, whole milk, and finely grated parmesan cheese into a bowl and whisk.

Serve

Next, add in your pre-boiled pasta into the pan and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Top with more parmesan and serve!
