French Toast Casserole

CARROT CAKE

what you need:

french baguette grated carrots raisins chopped walnuts eggs oat or almond milk maple syrup ground cinnamon ground nutmeg ground ginger kosher salt

Pour

Add the french baguette pieces, grated carrot, raisins, & chopped walnuts. Toss & set aside. Prepare egg mixture and pour over bread mix. Press bread into egg mix.

Bake

Cover dish and place in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove French toast bake from the refrigerator. Cover with foil, bake for 30 min.

Prepare

Remove the tin foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes. While baking, prepare cream cheese frosting by whipping until smooth.

Serve

Let the bake sit for 10 minutes before serving topped with cream cheese frosting.
