PREP SEASONING

Whisk eggs in one bowl and combine parmesan cheese, spices, and bread crumbs in another bowl.

PREHEAT WATER

Fill a large pot with water and then secure your sous vide to the side. Turn the temperature to 172ºF to preheat water.

PREP JARS

Spray 4-oz. jars with cooking spray. Then, sprinkle in shredded cheese. Whisk together eggs and milk and then fill each jar 3/4 of the way full.

COOK, SAUCE, COOK

Air fry for 6 minutes. Flip chicken, add marinara and cheese and air fry for 5 more minutes.

Close the lids of your jars and then slightly untwist them so they are loosely closed. Submerge them in the water bath and let cook for 1 hour. 

SERVE

Serve air fryer chicken parmesan over noodles with more marinara sauce and parmesan cheese!
