Apple Oatmeal Cookies

These soft & chewy apple oatmeal cookies are the perfect summer & fall dessert!

what you need:

rolled oats white whole wheat flour baking powder ground cinnamon salt diced fresh apples  unsweetened applesauce brown sugar egg vanilla extract melted coconut oil

Dry Ingredients

First, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Be sure to pulse the old fashioned oats, or use quick cooking oats.


Add Apples

Next, stir the chopped apples into the dry ingredients. This will help soak up some of the moisture.


Wet Ingredients

Then, mix together the wet ingredients. Lastly, mixing together the dry and wet ingredients.



Scoop out the batter with a cookie scoop for uniform cookies, or simply use a spoon! Bake at 350ºF for 12-16 minutes and enjoy.
