Add butter to a large pan. Then, cook mushrooms, garlic, celery, and carrots.

Add instant rice, frozen peas, chicken, and the cooked veggies into a large casserole dish. Mix to combine.

Pour in chicken broth and mix to combine. Cover with tin foil. Then, bake at 375ºF for around 55-60 minutes.
