Chocolate Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin bread recipe doesn't have a strong pumpkin flavor. The pumpkin acts as a moistening agent making this the most moist bread!

what you need:

Eggs Pumpkin puree Maple syrup Unsweetened almond milk Vanilla extract Melted coconut oil White whole wheat flour Light brown sugar Cocoa powder Baking soda Chocolate chips

Dry Ingredients

Combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl and mix.


Wet Ingredients

Next, combine eggs, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract and coconut oil into a different bowl.



Then, slowly combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until it's mixed. Lastly, add the chocolate chips and pour into a loaf pan.


Bake & Enjoy

Pour batter into a greased or lined loaf pan. Then, bake the bread at 350ºF for about 45 minutes or until baked through. Serve and enjoy!
