These protein pancakes pack 19g of protein per serving!

what you need:

banana mashed eggs maple syrup vanilla extract 2% cottage cheese unsweetened almond milk melted coconut oil ground oat flour baking powder ground cinnamon salt

Wet Ingredients

First, mash the banana. Then, whisk in the eggs. Lastly, whisk in the rest of the wet ingredients including cottage cheese.

Dry Ingredients

Next, mix the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt until combined.

Combine

Then, mix together the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.

Fry

Next, add butter to a fry pan and add a heaping 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. Let cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.

Serve

After your pancakes are cooked, serve with your preferred toppings. We love peanut butter, maple syrup and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
