Chicken Tenders


These tenders come out so crispy and there's a couple reasons why. 1. We used Panko breadcrumbs  2. A higher heat makes them crunchy on the outside! 

How to Make Air Fryer Chicken Tenders Crispy

Step 1: Egg Wash

First, dip each chicken tenderloin in an egg wash. Make sure to let the excess egg drip from the chicken.

Step 2: Dredge

Dredge the chicken tenders in the Panko breadcrumb mixture. This mixture also has garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in it.

Step 3: Air Fry

Place 3-4 chicken tenders in the air fryer so they aren't touching. Then, drizzle them with olive oil. Air fry at 400ºF for 7-9 minutes.
