This dry rub for chicken is slightly sweet and smokey all at the same time!
what you need:
Garlic powder Onion powder Coconut sugar Paprika Chipotle powder Cinnamon Ground mustard Salt and pepper
Combine all of the ingredients for your chicken dry rub in a small bowl. Mix to combine. Feel free to double or triple this recipe to use for later.
Season 1 to 1.5 lbs. chicken legs, thighs, breasts, or wings. Sprinkle the dry rub all over the meat and use your hands to massage it into it.
Use any cook method to cook your chicken. We love how this tastes on the grill. Grill your chicken at 400ºF until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
