Ribs on  the Grill

what you need:

bone-in baby back ribs kosher salt cracked black pepper rib marinade brown sugar garlic powder chili powder onion powder ground celery seed coarse salt dried thyme

Prepare

Prepare ribs & season. Make marinade and add ribs & marinade to gallon sized bag. Marinate overnight. Make spice mix & preheat the grill to 300ºF.

Grill

Let the excess marinade drip from ribs & season the dry rub. Let sit at room temp. for at least 15 min Transfer to the grill and cook over indirect heat for 1 hour..

Brush

Bring grill up to 400ºF. Move ribs over to direct heat. Use a brush to coat the ribs with bbq sauce. Grill over direct heat for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve

Remove ribs from the grill when internal temp. reaches 195ºF. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes and serve.
