Lettuce Salad

The flavors in this butter lettuce salad are fresh and citrusy. It's hearty and packed with tons of veggies.

Fry Shallots

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Then, fry shallots for 15-20 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown in color.


Toast Almonds

Heat a large skillet over medium/low heat. Then, add almonds and maple syrup and cook for 10-12 minutes until they start to brown.


Make Dressing

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside for later.


Assemble Salad

Toss together chopped butter lettuce, sliced veggies, sliced apple, cheese, toasted almonds, fried shallots, and the lemon vinaigrette.
