Idaho potatoes Olive oil Salt Pepper

Prep Potatoes

Prep potatoes by poking them with a fork. Then, coat them in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.


Add to Crock Pot

Next, add potatoes to Crock Pot and set to high, cooking for 4-6 hours. Cook time will depend on the size of the potatoes.



Once your potatoes are cooked through, cut open, fluff them and serve with butter or sour cream and chives. Enjoy!
