STEP 1: BOIL EGGS

Immediately transfer eggs to an ice water bath. Let eggs sit for 5 minutes. This will make them easier to peel and prevent the yolks from turning brown.

STEP 3: PEEL EGGS

Use your hands to peel hard boiled eggs. Discard the shell and eat immediately or store eggs in the fridge for up to 7 days for later.
