Season Shrimp

First, combine all of the ingredients for the homemade cajun seasoning. Then, season shrimp and let rest in a large bowl. Set aside.

Make Broth

Melt butter in a large stockpot and sauté andouille sausage. Then, add white wine, broth diced tomatoes, and cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15-20 min.

Time to Boil!

Turn the heat up to medium/high and add in sliced lemon. Once boiling, add in diced potatoes and boil for 7 minutes.

Keep Boiling...

After the 7 minutes is up, add in the lobster tail. Continue boiling over medium/high heat for 4 minutes.

Almost There!

Add in corn and boil for 5 minutes. Finally, add in seasoned shrimp and the rest of the sausage and boil for 3 more minutes.
