Prep

First, pat the salmon dry. Then, start prepping the sauce by combining soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and maple syrup.

Marinate

Then, whisk together the sauce ingredients and pour over salmon to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake

Next, place marinated salmon on a baking sheet. Let the salmon broil for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, warm the excess teriyaki sauce in a saucepan.

Serve

Next, mix the cornstarch into the saucepan to thicken the sauce. Lastly, remove salmon from oven, and serve with the extra teriyaki sauce. Enjoy!
