EGGNOG

what you need:

melted eggnog ice cream egg yolks vanilla extract granulated sugar

Preheat

Preheat oven to 325ºF  & set 4 small ramekins into a casserole dish. Set aside. Melt the eggnog ice cream. Stir until smooth.

Whisk

Add egg yolks to ice cream & whisk until combined. Add vanilla extract and whisk again. Pour the mixture into the ramekins. Pour water into casserole dish.

Place in Oven

Place into the oven on a middle rack and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them sit for 10 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Serve

When cooled, sprinkle sugar on top of each. Use a kitchen torch to carefully broil the sugar until golden brown. Let sit before eating to allow the top to harden.
