Chocolate banana bread is such a yummy treat to make during any time of year!

what you need:

White whole wheat flour Eggs Banana Brown sugar Coconut oil Cocoa Powder Chocolate Chips

Mix Dry

First, combine all of the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until combined.

Mix Wet

Mash 3 bananas in a large bowl. Then, add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

Combine

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Make sure not to over mix. Finally, add in chocolate chips and mix one more time.

Bake

Transfer batter into a greased loaf pan. Add more chocolate chips on top and then bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes or until the center is fully cooked.

Cool & Slice

Let your chocolate banana bread cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the bread pan to fully cool. Slice and serve!
