Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, & cocoa powder. Mix until combined. Add 1 cup of chocolate granola and mix.

Pour
Pour mixture over the parchment paper. Spread evenly. Spread strawberries & remaining granola over the top of the yogurt and gently press them in.

Freeze
Melt chocolate & then drizzle over top. Place the baking sheet into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt has completely frozen.

Serve
Remove from the freezer and gently break into pieces. Place them in a freezer-safe container or bag and store them until ready to serve.
