Favorite Christmas Cookies!

STEP 1

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

First, mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Use a whisk to combine.

STEP 2

USE STAND MIXER TO CREATE DOUGH

Cream together butter, sugar, and coconut oil. Then, add egg and molasses and dry ingredients.

STEP 3

ROLL & BAKE

Roll dough into balls and then toss cookie dough in tubinado sugar. Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes.

STEP 4

COOL COOKIES

Let ginger cookies cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
