Sugar Snapped Peas Red Onion Red Bell Pepper Fresh Cilantro Fresh Mint Sesame Seeds Ginger Dressing

Ginger Dressing


Combine rice vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, salt, pepper, miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil. Whisk to combine.

Combine Salad


Add all of the chopped veggies and herbs into a large bowl.

Toss Salad

Toss the salad to combine. Feel free to add any additional veggies you have on hand.


Drizzle Dressing

Drizzle on the ginger dressing. Then, toss one more time to combine everything. Serve cold and enjoy!
