Learn how to make corn on the cob on the grill – 2 different ways!

what you need:

ears of corn unsalted butter salt ground black pepper

You only need sweet corn, butter, salt, and pepper for this grilled corn!

Soak

Preheat the grill between 300-350ºF. Clean grill & cover. Place corn in large pot & cover with water. Soak for 15-20 minutes.

Grill

Place the corn over direct heat for 20-25 minutes, turning the corn every five minutes.

Smear

Remove the corn from the grill and carefully remove the husk. Smear the butter on the corn and season with salt and pepper.

Serve

Be careful not to over cook the corn in the husk or else it will over steam and turn mushy. Enjoy!
