Combine soften butter with fresh cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic. Then slather it on top of the salmon fillets.

Grill

Wrap the salmon in a piece of foil and then grill at 400ºF for around 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked and flakey.

Pineapple Salsa

Spice things up with a pineapple salsa topping! Combine diced pineapple with red onion, jalapeño, tomatoes, salt, and lime juice.

Serve

Serve grilled salmon in foil with pineapple salsa and enjoy. Eat with your favorite grain such as quinoa or rice.

Idea!

If you don't have pre-sliced salmon fillets, you can just 1 large fillet instead. It's super easy and works the same.
