This is a healthier take on everyone's favorite dessert. We made a few swaps to amp the nutrition and cut the processed sugars.

what you need:
Fresh raspberries Water Honey Vanilla Pinch of salt Cornstarch Full fat cream cheese Greek yogurt Honey Vanilla extract Large eggs
Crust
Put graham crackers into a food processor & process until crumbs are formed. Measure out 3 cups of graham crackers, & add melted butter & vanilla.

Filling
Prep the filling by mixing the softened cream cheese until smooth. Then, scrape sides of the bowl & add in the Greek yogurt, honey, & vanilla.

Raspberry Sauce
Place raspberries, water & honey into a pan, smashing the raspberries. Next, add cornstarch to the sauce. Lastly, strain seeds.

Combine
Place foil on outside of pan. Then, pour filling into pre-baked crust and add dollops of raspberry sauce. Lastly, place in a water bath and bake.

Serve
After cheesecake has baked, let cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the cheesecake is firm. Finally, serve and enjoy!
