super fine almond flour melted coconut oil honey vanilla extract salt eggs lemon juice coconut flour
Crust
First, mix together almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract & salt. Press the crust into a 8x8 pan and bake at 350ºF.

Filling
Next, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, honey & coconut flour.

Pour
Then, pour the filling on top of the pre-baked and cooled crust. Let the filling chill in the refrigerator until fully set.

Once the filling has fully set, slice the bars into squares and top with whipped cream and fresh lemon zest. Serve and enjoy!
