Healthy Lemon Bread

First, combine all of the ingredients for this lemon bread in a large bowl. Mix to combine until there are no lumps.

1. Combine

Transfer the batter into a greased bread pan. Add dollops of partially melted cream cheese and raspberry preserves to the top of your bread. Use a knife to swirl it together.

2. Swirl

Bake your healthy lemon bread at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes or until the center of your bread is fully cooked.

3. Bake

Let bread cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan to finish cooling.
