Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookie Dough

First, pulverize the oats to make oat flour, then combine the rest of the dry ingredients. Then, combine the wet ingredients.

Form

Combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined. Then, using a cookie scoop, form your cookies.

Bake

Place your cookies on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350ºF. Once baked, cool on a cooling rack.

Serve your cookies slightly warm or completely cooled and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
