These peach muffins are made with fresh, juicy peaches and so flavorful!
what you need:
White whole wheat flour Peaches Brown sugar Eggs Honey Almond milk Vanilla Coconut oil
Purée Peaches

First, make your peach purée. Add water and fresh peaches to a blender. Blend until smoothing adding more water, if needed.
Mix Dry

Combine diced peaches and the rest of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add Wet
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

Bake
Grease a muffin tin. Then, fill each muffin tin 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle with rolled oats. Then, bake at 350ºF for 18-20 minutes.

Let Cool
Let peach muffins cool for at least 10 minutes before removing the muffins from the muffin tin. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
