Perfectly chewy & crispy pork dumplings made easily at home? Yes please.

what you need:

ground pork garlic, peeled and minced green onion minced ginger soy sauce oyster sauce dumpling wrappers olive oil 

Filling

Adding the pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to a bowl and combine.

Wrapper

Add 1 Tbsp of the pork mixture to the middle of the dumpling wrapper. Use your finger to wet half of the edge of the dumpling wrapper.

Fold

Fold the dumpling in half and pinch the edges tightly together. Continue to pinch and fold over to create the ripple effect.

Boil

Boil water in a saucepan. Place 6-10 dumplings into the boiling water at a time, until they float. Once they float, let boil for an additional 2 min.

Fry & Serve

Fry the dumplings in an oil-coated pan, flipping so both sides are browned. Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
