Use your garden fresh tomatoes and basil for an extra fresh tomato sauce!

what you need:

Fresh tomatoes Garlic Basil Salt & pepper Olive oil  Apple cider vinegar

Slice

First, begin by slicing tomatoes in half and peeling the garlic. Then, place on a baking sheet.

Oil & Roast

Drizzle tomatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper and add the peeled garlic.

Bake & Peel

Next, bake tomatoes and garlic for 20-30 minutes. Then, remove the garlic and bake for an additional 30 minutes. After, let the tomatoes cool for 5 minutes and peel!

Blend

Add the roasted tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, and vinegar into a high-speed food processor and process until smooth.

Serve

Serve your tomato basil sauce on top of zoodles or pasta immediately and enjoy!
