Honey Balsamic Carrots

These sweet & savory carrots are an easy holiday (or weeknight) side dish. It whips up with just a few ingredients and takes little effort!

what you need:

carrots, sliced yellow onion, sliced garlic olive oil salt pepper honey balsamic vinegar

Chop

First, chop your carrots in half hot-dog style and then again hamburger-style so they're quartered. Then, chop your onion in slices and cut the top off of the garlic bulb.

Season

Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and toss so that everything is coated.

Bake

Roast vegetables at 400ºF for 25 minutes. Then, remove and toss. Drizzle on honey and balsamic vinegar and toss again. Make sure to flip garlic heads over.

Serve

Roast in the oven for another 20 minutes. Once baked, let cool for 5-10 minutes. Then, carefully squeeze garlic cloves out of the bulbs and toss with roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
