Bake a Perfect Potato

This baked potato is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It's as perfect as can be!

what you need:

salt ground pepper russet potatoes skin on  olive oil Optional toppings: butter, fresh chives, fresh cracked pepper, Greek yogurt/sour cream

Prep

First, prep the potatoes by washing and drying the potatoes. Then, coat in olive oil.

Season

Then, season with salt and pepper and coat the potatoes thoroughly.

Bake

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and poke a couple holes in each potato with a fork. Bake at 425ºF for 45-60 minutes or until tender.

Serve

Once the potato is tender and baked to your preference, remove from the oven and serve! We topped ours with butter, chives and sour cream.
