Want a splatter-free way to cook bacon? Baking bacon is the best way out there to get perfectly crispy bacon every time that doesn't make a mess.

Cooking Bacon in the Oven is SO EASY!

First, preheat the oven to 400ºF. Then, line a baking sheet with tin foil. The fin foil will catch the excess grease. Then place a metal rack on top of the tin foil. 

1. Prep Baking Sheet

Place bacon on top of the wire rack, making sure each piece is not overlapping. Then, bake at 400ºF for 10-25 minutes depending on the thickness of your bacon.

2. Line & Bake

Thin-cut: 10-15 minutes Medium-cut: 15-20 minutes Thick-cut: 20-25 minutes

Perfect Bake Times

Pat the cooked bacon with a paper towel to remove excess grease. Then, enjoy!
