This stovetop chicken has 3 parts to it, the chicken breast, chicken seasoning, and butter!
Chicken Seasoning
Combine garlic, chili powder, cumin, thyme, mustard, basil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, paprika, and brown sugar in a small bowl and mix.

Season Chicken
Use a meat tenderizer to tenderize chicken until all chicken breast are even. Generously season chicken breasts on both sides with the chicken seasoning.

Sear Chicken
Sear chicken breasts in butter over medium/high heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip, turn the heat down, and cover. Cook for around 6 more minutes .

Let Rest
Let the pan seared chicken breast rest for around 5-10 minutes. As they rest, their internal temperature will continue to rise.
