The beauty about freezing avocado is that all you need is avocados and a few common kitchen tools to get started!
Half your avocados and then remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and place them on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to thinly slice the avocados into strips.
Arrange & Freeze
Cover a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Then, arrange the sliced avocado on the baking sheet so that they are not touching. Freeze for around 30 minutes.
Once the avocados are frozen solid, transfer the slices into an airtight container. Remove as much air as possible and seal. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Use your frozen avocado in a smoothie with spinach, almond milk, and frozen fruit!
