Quick-pickled onions are ready in 2 hours and are perfect for burgers, tacos, and more!

Apple cider vinegar White vinegar Salt Sugar Red onion

In addition to a few Mason jars, you only need a couple ingredients:

Combine

Add apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, salt, and sugar to a Mason jar.

Mix

Put the lid on the Mason jar and seal. Then, shake it 7 or 8 times to fully mix the liquid with the salt and sugar.

Pickle

Place sliced onions into the jar, making sure they're completely submerged with liquid. Seal and let sit for at least 2 hours.

Serve

Serve your pickled onion slices on your favorite burger, tacos, or even on their own. Enjoy! Will last in the fridge for up to 7-10 days.
