Make Brine

Add water, vinegar, sugar, and salt to a saucepan.  Bring mixture to a boil and turn heat off once the salt has dissolved.

Slice Cucumbers

Slice cucumbers in half and then into spears just like you see in a pickle jar at the store. You can also do coins or any other shape.

Add to Jar

Add cucumbers, fresh dill, white onion, mustard seed, coriander seeds, and pepper corns into the jars. Then, add in the brine.

Shake and Seal

Place the lid on each of your Mason jars and give your pickles a shake. Place in the fridge to sit for 24-48 hours.

Serve

Unscrew the top on your refrigerator pickles and enjoy a nice crunchy pickle as a side or a snack!
