Whipped Cream

Chill Bowl

First, chill the bowl you're going to mix the whipped cream in.

Add Cream

Add the heavy cream into the chilled bowl.

Begin mixing the cream with a standing mixer on low to medium.

Add Sweetener

Before the cream has peaks, add in honey or your sweetener of choosing. We like honey as we find it doesn't curdle.

Serve

Serve on top of your favorite dessert or eat with strawberries for a dessert on it's own and enjoy!
