Wild rice Water

Assemble

Assemble your ingredients. Add wild rice and water to a large pot. The ratio of wild rice to water is 1 cup wild rice to 4 cups water.

Cook

Bring to a boil over high heat. Then, lower and cover.  Let cook on low for 45 minutes.

Strain Liquid

Once the wild rice is fully cooked. Strain any excess liquid.

Fluff and Serve

Fluff wild rice with a fork and serve. Will last in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
