Pork Roast

Fall-off-the-bone Instant Pot Pork Roast and Gravy.

STEP 1

SEASON PORK

Combine pork dry rub and then generously season pork shoulder on all sides.

Sear pork on all sides using the Instant Pot's sauté feature. This will give it a delicious crust.

STEP 2

SEAR PORK

Deglaze Instant Pot and then place seared pork on trivet. Cook on high pressure for 70 minutes.

STEP 3

DEGLAZE & COOK

Quick release and then add potatoes and carrots. Cook on high for another 3 minutes.

STEP 4

COOK VEGGIES

Add balsamic vinegar and mix. Then, sprinkle in cornstarch and then turn on the sauté feature. Whisk until thickened.

STEP 5

THICKEN SAUCE

Enjoy comfort food during the summertime without heating up your whole house!
