First, season your pork tenderloin. Seasoning a tenderloin with enough salt helps to tenderize the meat.
Sear

Sear your tenderloin in the Instant Pot on the sauté feature and brown on each side for 2-3 min. Cover the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 15-19 min.
Potatoes
Add the potatoes. If you're using sweet potatoes, cook for an additional 2 min. and if you're using russet, cook for an additional 4 min.

Serve
Once potatoes are cooked to your liking, top your tenderloin with a gravy of your choosing and serve!
