Season Pork

Combine pork dry rub by mixing together paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Then, rub seasoning into the pork tenderloin.


Marinate Pork

Mix together garlic, soy sauce, and bbq sauce. Then, transfer it into a gallon-size bag and add the pork tenderloin. Seal the bag and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.



Grill pork tenderloin at 450ºF for 2 min. on each side to sear it. Then, turn the temp. down to 400ºF and continue grilling until the internal temp. reaches 145ºF.



Use a sharp knife to thinly slice pork tenderloin. Serve with your favorite grilled veggies such as carrots, corn, or a baked potato in foil.
